Rushden Mind is governed by a Board of Trustees who are responsible for ensuring that all of our services are working within the charity commission guidelines and the Mind quality standards.

Good governance ensures that the high professional standards we set ourselves are maintained across all areas of  work in an ethical and sustainable manner.  The board over see the Chief Executive, ensuring that goals set are achievable and the direction and strategy is within our aims and objectives.

Board members are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and bring specific, specialist skills to the organisation,  the full board meet several times a year, with three sub committees focusing on specific roles:

    1. Finance Sub-Committee
    2. Fundraising Sub-Committee
    3. Organisational & Strategy Development Sub-Committee
